S’mores, the classic American tradition that everyone loves. It’s the nicest mix of marshmallow, chocolate and biscuit and a BBQ is not complete without them. But along with the deliciousness comes a few flaws; you can only have them in the summer when it’s warm; they get very messy and you have to be outside. But this is a way to get around these three little inconveniences!
This idea is a s’more dip and has been on my radar for a year or so now, ever since Khloe Kardashian posted it on her Instagram, but I never got around to trying it out until recently. I loved it! It’s perfect for parties, desserts or even just a treat. It’s not messy at all, can be made all year round and can be made and enjoyed inside.
Just to make it even better, it couldn’t be easier to create and you can pretty much make it up.
- Just figure out how many people you will be feeding and decide how much chocolate, mini marshmallows, and biscuits you will need.
- Melt your chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water and pour it into your dish. (You could do it in a really big dish for lots of people, or smaller dishes for a few people. I did it in a small ramekin.)
- Place the mini marshmallows on top of the chocolate and put it under the grill or in the oven for a few minutes, until the marshmallows go golden brown on top.
- And that’s it! You have a delicious s’more dip that is perfect with biscuits and strawberries!
